In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Member) and 680k.com. By completing registration on the platform, by logging in to an existing 680k.com account, or by placing any real-money bet or wager, you confirm that you accept these Terms in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, and the 680k.com Privacy Policy — all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall apply with respect to that promotion only.

2.3 680k.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement. Use of the 680k.com platform for real-money gaming is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. Underage gambling is illegal, and 680k.com enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification.

3.2 Age Verification Process. All Members are required to complete age verification as part of the standard KYC process. Acceptable forms of identification for age verification include a valid Philippine Passport, UMID card, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, or any other government-issued identification document displaying the Member's date of birth and photograph.

3.3 Suspension Pending Verification. Until KYC and age verification are completed, 680k.com reserves the right to restrict a Member's withdrawal access. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended, and any balance remaining in the account will be subject to forfeiture in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility. 680k.com operates within the Philippine regulatory framework. Members are responsible for ensuring that online casino gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction of physical presence at the time of play. 680k.com does not accept liability for a Member's use of the platform in jurisdictions where such use may be restricted or prohibited under local law.

3.5 Employee Exclusion. Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of 680k.com and its associated game providers are not permitted to hold gaming accounts on the platform.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 680k.com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held within them may be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. Members must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and must update their account details promptly when any registered information changes. 680k.com reserves the right to suspend accounts where inaccurate or misleading registration information is identified.

4.3 Account Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your password, permit any third party to access your account, or use any automated tools to access the platform. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party with access to your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

4.4 Unauthorized Access. If you believe your 680k.com account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 680k.com's support team immediately via live chat. The platform will initiate a security review and may temporarily lock the account pending investigation.

4.5 Account Transfer Prohibition. Accounts on 680k.com are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey your account or any account balance to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 680k.com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and select over-the-counter cash-in services (including 7-Eleven CliQQ and Cebuana Lhuillier). Payment methods available to any individual Member may vary depending on account verification status and geographic location.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. Minimum deposit amounts for specific promotions may differ and will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Deposit Ownership. All funds deposited to a 680k.com account must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or borrowed payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited funds pending investigation.

5.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification. Standard withdrawal requests to a verified GCash or PayMaya account are processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to a few hours depending on the receiving institution.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Standard withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per 24-hour period. 5.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. 680k.com is obligated to comply with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR's AML regulatory requirements. 6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on 680k.com is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. In all cases of conflict between these Terms and a game's specific rules regarding gameplay conduct, the game rules apply with respect to gameplay outcomes only.

6.2 RNG Certification. All electronic casino games on the 680k.com platform operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by certified algorithms and are not influenced by any factor external to the RNG system.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout display, 680k.com reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original wager amount to the Member's account balance. No game malfunction shall give rise to a valid claim against 680k.com beyond the original wager amount.

6.4 Bet Finality. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed on the 680k.com platform, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Member. Confirmed bets are final except in the circumstances described under Section 6.3 above.

6.5 Currency. All transactions on 680k.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated for a specific game or product. Foreign currency conversion is not supported on the platform.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotions offered by 680k.com are subject to eligibility criteria, time limits, and wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion's terms. Members must satisfy all stated conditions before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

7.2 Standard Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms and in the account's Bonus section.

7.3 One Bonus Per Member. Each promotion is available to one account per Member. Claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and potential account suspension.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. 680k.com reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free spin allocation, or promotion where there is reasonable evidence that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, exploit-based play, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.

7.5 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses and promotional credits have no cash value unless and until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Members cannot request a cash equivalent of an uncompleted bonus.

7.6 Promotion Modification. 680k.com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already been awarded a bonus and begun wagering under specific terms will not be prejudiced by any modification made after the bonus was claimed.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 680k.com platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, bet, or platform function;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, including coordinating bets with other Members to artificially influence game outcomes or exploit bonus terms;
• Exploiting game bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploit-based play are void;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or any other illegal means;
• Attempting to launder money through the 680k.com platform, including making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity;
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming, identity concealment, or circumventing account restrictions;
• Using any third party's payment account, identity documents, or personal information to register or verify an account on the platform;
• Making any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about 680k.com, its employees, or its associated partners in any public forum;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming limit, self-exclusion order, or PAGCOR-mandated restriction through technical means or account manipulation.

9.1 Platform Commitment. 680k.com is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Members in compliance with PAGCOR's mandatory responsible gaming framework. Gambling is intended as entertainment — not as a financial strategy or a means of recovering losses.

9.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all Members via Account Settings or by contacting live support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour intervals during active gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary exclusion of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent. During exclusion, the account is fully locked — no deposits, no gameplay, no exceptions until the exclusion period concludes.

9.3 Self-Exclusion Finality. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. 680k.com will not lift, shorten, or bypass a self-exclusion request under any circumstances until the defined exclusion period has elapsed.

10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 680k.com platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or public display of any platform content.

10.3 The 680k.com name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary to the Company. Unauthorized use of any 680k.com branding is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.

11.1 The collection, processing, and storage of personal data submitted by Members to 680k.com is governed by the 680k.com Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 680k.com processes Member data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable implementing regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

11.3 Member data may be disclosed to PAGCOR, AMLC, and other competent Philippine government authorities when required by law, lawful order, or pursuant to 680k.com's regulatory compliance obligations. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 680k.com shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Member's use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunity, lost profits, data loss, or reputational damage.

12.2 680k.com's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 680k.com does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.

12.4 680k.com is not liable for any losses sustained by a Member as a result of unauthorized access to their account where such access results from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

13.1 Company-Initiated Suspension. 680k.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members.

13.2 Effects of Termination. Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, 680k.com may withhold or forfeit the balance held in the account, pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, the remaining balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method.

13.3 Member-Initiated Closure. Members who wish to close their 680k.com account may submit a closure request through live support. Account closure requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Outstanding balances will be disbursed to the Member's verified withdrawal account upon closure, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

13.4 Regulatory Closure. 680k.com may be required to restrict or close accounts at the direction of PAGCOR or other competent Philippine regulatory authorities. In such cases, 680k.com will comply with regulatory directives and facilitate the return of verified player balances to the extent permitted by the relevant regulatory instruction.

14.1 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute arising from a Member's use of 680k.com should be directed to the 680k.com support team via live chat or email. The support team will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days of receiving complete information from the Member.

14.2 Escalation to PAGCOR. If a Member is not satisfied with 680k.com's resolution of a dispute, and the dispute relates to a regulated gaming activity, the Member may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels as a licensed regulator of the 680k.com platform.

14.3 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the Member's use of the 680k.com platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.4 Jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal and regulatory dispute resolution processes described above.

15.1 680k.com reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date.

15.2 Where an amendment materially affects a Member's rights or obligations, 680k.com will endeavor to provide advance notice via the Member's registered email address or via an in-platform notification. However, it remains the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15.3 Continued use of the 680k.com platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not accept an amendment, they must close their account prior to the amendment's effective date.
